Here are a few exciting activities that have occurred from Branch to Branch in the 2009-2010 year. For more individual Branch activities and contact persons, click on the individual Branch of interest to the right.

• • Denton will host EYH(Expanding Your Horizons Career Conference)for middle school girls on February 20, 2010, at Texas Woman's University. See http://www.aauwdenton.org/content/eyh or contact Patsy Roe for more information. Registration will not begin until the second week of January. Girls will be encouraged to register online. Nut fundraiser continues; contact Renee Sims at reneesims@yahoo.com for more information.
  • Southwest Dallas will host EYH(Expanding Your Horizons) on February 27, 2010. Penny Ball and Pat Gregory have started the initial planning. Find the details in http://www.EYH.AAUW-swdc.org in December. Volunteers are needed.
  • Tarrant County's Centennial Celebration joins 3 other organizations all over 100 years old in an exciting evening of celebration as we look forward to women and service in the next 100 years. Join us on Thursday, February 18, 2010, Fort Worth YWCA, 512 W. 4th Str, 6:00pm. Expect celebration, appetizers, panel discussions, cash bar, and fellowship. Cost is $30 per person by Feb12th.   • Wichita Falls Home & Garden Festival will take place February 27-28, 2010. Many members have expressed an interest in getting tickets early, so contact Marilyn Carper for more information.
  • National AAUW: 2010 National Conference for College Women Student Leaders will be June 3-5 at the University of Maryland, College Park. Help send students to this inspiring event. For more information, visit NCCWSL.org. (provided by Denton branch).
